A Bit About Me
My name is Karley Stevenson, owner of Wolf Flow SUP Yoga. I am from a small town in the Foothills of Alberta called Black Diamond. Out west, I was an accountant, I know, pretty boring! In November of 2014, I was looking for a change. I rented my house out and in early December I packed up my dog, loaded my truck, and drove out to Eagle Lake, Ontario. I had only planned on staying for a few months, but as you guessed, years passed and here I still am.
Although my heart belongs in the mountains, the lakes and rivers feed my Pisces soul.
I have been practicing yoga since I was 18. It took me many years to join a teacher training due to my insecurities regarding my flexibility. Luckily, this is now one of my superpowers as a teacher. I have developed my own unique teaching method based on clear queuing, numerous options for all bodies, and most importantly, fun!
