Meet Your Hosts
How we met!
Sylvie and I first met at a SUP Yoga retreat in 2021 at Northern Edge, and we instantly clicked when we realized we were both SUP Yoga business owners who started the same year!
We’ve built a friendship rooted in our shared passion for SUP Yoga, always there for each other as business soundboards and adventure buddies. I’m beyond grateful that she’s invited me to co-host this retreat with her—it’s going to be something truly special!
Karley @ Wolf Flow SUP Yoga - If you're on this page, chances are we've already met-but if not, let's change that! I am an Alberta girl who landed in Haliburton County just over 10 years ago. Being a water lover who moved from the Foothills to the Lakes, I felt it was my calling to incorporate something I love with the water. In 2019, I launched my SUP Yoga business, blending movement, relaxation, nature and mindfulness into a floating adventure. And fun, don't forget the fun!
My personality is a mix of country girl and beach gal. You will often find me barefoot or in cowboy boots.
Sylvie, Head Rebel @ Rebel Soul - I have been making waves teaching SUP Yoga since 2019, combining my love of movement, nature, and being on the water into playful and grounding experiences that invite people to connect deeply with themselves. Over the years, I've led everything from SUP Yoga Experiences to SUP Skills Workshops, and weekend paddle retreats. Whether I'm leading a retreat, coaching paddle skills, or holding space on the water, I bring a balance of skill, lightheartedness and soul to my experiences.
